• Was on the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA) board for 7 years, was board chair for 1 year.

• Became ISO 9001 Certified. One of only 25 in the US out of 30,000 snow companies at that time.

• Was awarded “Top 100 Contractor” in the US numerous years

• Awarded INC. Magazines “Top 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies”

• Built a company from one truck operating in a basement to over 100 workers.

• Successfully navigated buying out of competitors and then ultimately sold to a private equity group.
